We are also happy for to sub-let commercially to make extra income, as long as you are able to provide the appropriate Gas and Electrical Test Landlord Certificates that Health and Safety require, and all site rules are highlighted to the renter and abided by whilst they are on site.
If letting your caravan out to other people we would appreciate if you could notify the park of any arrivals. The site is gated, and for everyones security, prior knowledge of guest arriving is always required so we know who i son site at all times.
